Delay-Tower / PA-Tower

What sets our Delay-Towers apart?

Delay-Towers are built on the CD-Trass girder system, combining high load capacity with modular construction. Years of experience and countless configuration options make CD-Tower the first choice for sound delay tower hire – from small installations to structures reaching 23 metres.

Every Delay-Tower is TÜV-certified and comes with certified engineering documentation available upon request. The structure ensures safety and compliance with applicable standards even under a symmetrical load of up to 3 tonnes and demanding weather conditions.

Delay-Tower – sound delay towers for events

The CD-Trass girder system offers Delay-Towers in virtually any size and shape. These towers are used to mount PA systems, lighting, LED screens and cameras – ensuring even sound distribution with delay across large event spaces.

Our Delay-Towers reach heights of up to 23 metres with a symmetrical load capacity of up to 3 tonnes. The structure is TÜV-certified, and engineering documentation is available upon request. Multiple size and top element configurations allow precise customisation of the system to any event.

Where are Delay-Towers used?

Delay-Towers are most frequently ordered for prestigious events where even sound coverage across large areas is essential:

  • concerts and music festivals
  • sports events and stadiums
  • outdoor and city events
  • trade fairs, conferences and galas
  • TV broadcasts and film productions

How does the process work?

Based on the event specification, we select the optimal Delay-Tower configuration – height, top element size, load capacity and placement of mounting points. We take into account site conditions, technical requirements for PA and lighting systems, and safety regulations.

Assembly is carried out by our own team, with full structural documentation and technical supervision. After the event, we dismantle the structure, providing comprehensive service from planning to site clearance.
